By using My Child Profile you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and human.

What this is

My Child Profile is a tool to help parents and carers organise observations about their child. It is not a medical, diagnostic or clinical service, and nothing in a generated report should be treated as a diagnosis or as medical advice.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure.
• One account is for one parent or household.
• You can hold up to three active profiles at a time.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to harm a child, abuse others, or impersonate someone.
• Don't attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you (including generating reports).

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee uptime. Profiles expire 14 days after last activity - please download anything you want to keep.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any decisions made based on a report. Please consult qualified professionals for clinical or educational decisions.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll notify account holders.
